TH-747MA FEATURES:

● The mid-soles and the vamps do not need to be cement at first because of the automatic cementing design, it can not only reduce more labor, but also do not come off after forming, ensuring the shape perfectly.
● All the movements of the lasting and the sweep knives are set and adjusted by the touch screen, the sweep knives can be micro-adjust and speed adjust, more easier to adjust lasting.
● This machine adopts three-stage design, and supplemented by electronic ruler control, it can be arranged according to the arc of the shoes,
● The shapes of three-section arranged are more close to the shoes.
● Oil pressure operation system and high and low voltage circuit design are adopted,the machine is more stable when it is working.
● The PLC system with the graphic display touch screen make the machine operation stable and simple
● Set parameters (stroke and time) by entering numbers, and set key switch to prevent the changing by non-authorized.
● The PLC controller can memorize 100 groups of shoe lasting parameter data and location of pincers.
● Error diagnostic function and save troubleshooting time.
● The middle pincer can make 15 degrees deflection to the left and right , suitable for special toe cap and shoe models arrangement. The fifth pincer can be set automatic rotation action to make the inner waist last of the best effect.
● The pincer can be set to automatic pull-down stroke independently or manually operated lifting, allowing the tension of the vamp to be balanced to correct the optimal position of the lasting.
●After the pincer holds the vamp, you can manually control the release and clamping of the pincers in the same group.
●The pressure can be set relief action at the second rise of the inner support table.

●The height of the inner support table is adjusted by the outside of the machine and is displayed with an indicator ruler.
●The inner support table rise can be set as a two-stage action with the heel top seat action to prevent the last slide.
● The distance of front and back positions of the inner support platform can be up to16mm,it can be adjusted by the hand wheel in front of the machine.
● The press head mechanism adopts adjustable two-stage pressure, and it can be set to constant pressure control or positioning control during the first pressure.
