This machine adopts computer screen setting, PLC control, full oil system design, suitable for boat bottom, wall-type sole sports shoes, casual shoes,and other shoes with edge or toe wrapping. The bottom pressing, edge pressing and front and back pressing can be completed at once or individually, with high output, firm bonding, saving labor, uniform pressing.and good effect.

The rising oil pressure cylinder uses a pre-charge valve to supplement oil volume, which can accelerate the rising action and save operation time.

When the front and back band mechanism retreats, the distance of its retreat can be controlled, making it easy to change the size of the shoes.

Each action of this machine has a pressure adjustment function, with the pressure adjustment handle located in front of the machine table for easy adjustment by operators.

This machine is suitable for wall-type sole pressing of shoes with a last width between 140mm, length between 130mm and 400mm, height below190mm, and sole edge height below 80mm, such as boat shoes and casual shoes.
